Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of knurle.com and purchases via checkout.knurle.com. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

Knurle, trading address 14701 W. 65th Way, Suite 5, Arvada, CO 80004, USA. Shopify Payments entity registered in the United Kingdom. Contact hello@knurle.com. Fulfilment is handled by Supliful from Colorado.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract to purchase. By ordering you confirm the shipping address is accurate and that you are permitted to import dietary supplements into your country.

Products are not medical advice

Content on knurle.com, including ingredient descriptions, “the research” and FAQs is for information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our Disclaimer and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking prescription medication.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in USD and local equivalents via Shopify Markets.
• We may correct pricing errors before shipment and will contact you if the price changes materially.
• Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify; we do not store card numbers.
• Taxes and duties (VAT, GST, customs) are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility. See Shipping.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when Shopify confirms payment and we forward it to fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock errors, export restrictions or if we cannot fulfil to your address. If cancelled after payment, you are refunded in full via the original method.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are given at checkout and on our Shipping page. Title and risk pass on delivery to the carrier. Customs fees and import VAT are set by your country and carrier, not by us.

Returns

See Returns & Refunds. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened ingestible products unless faulty or damaged in transit.

Intellectual property

The Knurle wordmark, knurl diamond, illustrations, photography, copy and site design are owned by Knurle and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, scrape or reproduce them without prior written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with Shopify checkout, harvest data, or use content to train AI models without permission (see our Privacy Policy AI content signals).

Warranties and liability

Products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranty. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or product liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knurle’s aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including any customs charges or delay caused by a carrier.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Knurle against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the products.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK and EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence. For US customers, nothing limits rights under applicable US consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
