Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time on business days are usually handed to the carrier the same day. Everything else goes next business day. You will get a tracking number by email once it ships.
Duties, VAT & customs
International orders may attract VAT/GST and customs duties set by your country and collected by the carrier on delivery. They are not included in the product price or the shipping rate and we cannot pre-pay or estimate them accurately, so your carrier’s calculator is the source of truth. Refusing a parcel for duties does not make shipping refundable.
UK EORI
UK orders require an EORI number for customs. If you are a UK business, add it to your shipping address notes or email hello@knurle.com before ordering and we will make sure the label is correct. Private individuals can enter “GB private individual” in the EORI field if your forwarder accepts it.
Address accuracy
We print exactly what you enter at checkout. If the address is wrong and the carrier returns it, we will reship at cost. Please double-check the postcode and phone number, because carriers use both.
Lost or damaged
If tracking stalls for 10 business days past the estimate, or the bottle arrives damaged, email hello@knurle.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund. See Returns.
We ship to 37 countries
US + Canada + 15 European countries (including UK) + 20 rest-of-world. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot send there yet.
The ones that travel less
Most of the range goes to all 37. A few bottles have a shorter list, set by what our manufacturer is able to send where:
- Keel, Spark and Mast ship within the United States only.
- Helm ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Macau, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
- Berth ships everywhere on the list except the United Kingdom.
- Ember ships everywhere on the list except Australia.
Checkout knows all of this, so it will only offer a bottle to an address it can reach.
