Not medical advice
All content on knurle.com, product descriptions, ingredient breakdowns, “the research” summaries, dose bars and FAQs, is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not establish a clinician–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any question about a medical condition, medication, or before starting any new supplement.
Who should be cautious
- Pregnant or nursing, under 18, or managing a medical condition: talk to your doctor first.
- Taking prescription medicines: zinc and vitamin C can interact with antibiotics and other drugs; separate dosing and medical advice matter.
- Allergies: check the “Other ingredients” line on the bottle you are buying. Some capsules are gelatin, and each product page lists its own.
Structure / function claims
Any claim that a nutrient “supports” a structure or function (e.g. “supports your body’s natural defences”) is a structure/function statement under DSHEA / 21 CFR 101.93, not a disease claim. The FDA has not evaluated it. We do not claim to prevent, treat or shorten colds, flu or any disease. The studies on our product pages look at ingredients, not at the finished bottle, and we flag where their doses differ from ours.
Use as directed
Suggested use: two capsules daily with 6–8 oz water. Do not exceed the suggested dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. Discontinue use and consult a professional if an adverse reaction occurs.
No guarantee of results
Individual results vary. Diet, sleep, stress and baseline nutrient status all influence outcomes and no supplement works in isolation.
Accuracy
We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, including the research summaries and Supplement Facts, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free. The label on the bottle is the definitive source for what is in the bottle.
