What to include

For order help, include your order number (from checkout.knurle.com) and the email you checked out with. For a return or damaged bottle, attach a photo if you can.

Response time

We aim for same business day for emails sent before 4pm Mountain Time. Weekends are slower but we still check.

Press & wholesale

Same inbox. Just put “Press” or “Wholesale” in the subject line.
