Which Knurle supplement should I start with?
Most people start with Moat, the daily immune formula, because it replaces the vitamin C, D3, zinc and elderberry bottles people usually buy separately. Take Keel if your complaint is digestive — bloating, a stomach that has gone off, or eating much less than you used to. Spark is the one to add if you are specifically after NMN for daily energy.
Can I take all three together?
Yes. They are formulated not to overlap: Moat carries the immune nutrients, Keel the digestive enzymes and methylated B vitamins, and Spark a single active. Nothing appears at a doubled-up dose across the three. If you are on prescription medication, ask your doctor first, as you should with any supplement.
